DIN 1.2056 Cold Work Tool Steel is Chrome-vanadium steel with the middle hardenability for hardening in oil, good dimensional stability after the heat treatment, and artificial aging, high hardness, very good resistance to the wear and cutting power, more significant carbidic spacing, slightly difficult ductility at the heat, good workability in the annealed state.
