Furnished with advanced facilities including high-temperature & high-pressure vacuum quenching furnaces, we deliver full one-stop die casting mold service ranging from raw material supply, sawing & rough machining to comprehensive heat treatment and NSBP surface treatment.
As a core drafter of national standard Medium Alloy Hot Work Mold Steel for Die Casting Molds, we take part in formulating domestic heat treatment specifications. Our full-spectrum heat treatment solutions cover stress relieving annealing, nitriding, vacuum quenching & tempering, NBP treatment, oxidation, cryogenic treatment and post-weld annealing, complying with NADCA & national standards to guarantee stable mold performance and drive industrial technical progress.
